Shipping policy

All orders are processed according to the "Current Processing Time shown on the page header (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email (depending upon payment method). Once your order has been produced, you will receive another notification by email when your order has shipped which will contain the tracking number. 

Domestic Shipping Rates

All items over $35.00 include FREE domestic (50 states + Washington D.C.) shipping via standard ground service.

All items $35.00 and under incur a flat-rate shipping charge calculated at checkout.  Rates to Alaska and Hawaii may incur higher rates.

Standard ground shipping is typically 1-4 business days to the Continental US and longer to Alaska and Hawaii.

Texas Engraved cannot be held responsible for shipping delays by the carriers once the parcels have been placed in care of the carrier. 

Local delivery

Texas Engraved does not offer local delivery services at this time.

In-store pickup

Order pickup is usually available during our normal business hours.  Please call us at 469.491.0330 if you plan on picking up your order at our warehouse.

International Shipping Rates

Texas Engraved (texasengraved.com) does not accept orders from, or ship to, destinations outside the 50 United States + Washington D.C.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@texasengraved.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Orders that are shipped to a P.O. box will be shipped by standard USPS ground service. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or customized products.  All of our products are made to order.

If the product is incorrect through fault of Texas Engraved or is defective, we will exchange the product for you for a corrected identical item and Texas Engraved will provide a return label.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@texasengraved.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
