Yes! You can pick up your items at our workshop in Carrollton, TX M-F from 9:30am to 4:30pm! Please call us ahead of time at 469.491.0330 to verify that we are in the shop before you come!

Shipping
Your item will ship within the "Current Processing Time" that is listed on the banner under the main menu.
The vast majority of our items are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS)
Yes! Every shipment by Texas Engraved will have a tracking number.
You will receive a tracking number on the day that your order has been shipped.
Returns and Refunds
All of our products are made to order by us. We do not issue refunds for products but we will gladly replace your defective or damaged product with an identical item! Please contact us directly if you have an issue with your order.
