Refund policy

Policy Overview
We do not provide refunds or accept returns on personalized or made-to-order products.  We want you to be happy with your order and if we made a mistake, we will make it right.  If you have an issue with your order, please e-mail us at customerservice@texasengraved.com and we will work with you to resolve it.

Order Cancellation
Orders with personalization may not be be cancelled once production has begun.  If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at customerservice@texasengraved.com and we will address your request.  Please note that if production of your order has begun, it can no longer be cancelled.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
