Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates
All items purchased from texasengraved.com include FREE domestic (50 states + Washington D.C.) shipping via standard ground service.
Standard ground shipping is typically 1-3 business days to the Continental US and longer to Alaska and Hawaii.
Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there have been widespread delays, particularly with the United States Postal Service. Texas Engraved cannot be held responsible for shipping delays by the carriers once the parcels have been placed in care of the carrier.
Local delivery
Unless prior arrangements are made (i.e. custom orders via a quote), Texas Engraved does not offer local delivery.
In-store pickup
Unless prior arrangements are made (i.e. custom orders via a quote), Texas Engraved does not offer in-store pickup.
International Shipping Rates
Texas Engraved (texasengraved.com) does not accept orders from, or ship to, destinations outside the 50 United States + Washington D.C.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@texasengraved.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Due to our carrier preferred carriers restrictions, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Orders with ship to addresses that are P.O. boxes will be canceled and refunded.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or customized products. All of our products are made to order.
If the product is incorrect through fault of Texas Engraved or is defective, we will exchange the product for you for a corrected identical item and Texas Engraved will provide a return label.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@texasengraved.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
